Web Development & Design Policy
We provide a demo or sample of our work to help clients understand our quality and service standards before starting a project. Clients are encouraged to discuss any queries before making a payment.
Advance Payment Policy
To begin any project, we require 50% advance payment as confirmation of the service.
- Once the project is initiated, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If a client decides to cancel the project, they may do so within 15 days, but the advance amount will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Refund
Each project at Evyapar Solutions is handled with full professionalism and care. We aim to deliver results within the agreed timeline.
However, refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Cancellation after work has started
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences once work is delivered as per agreed scope

Evyapar Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients—existing and new—are bound by the updated policy once it is published.
